Seasons/Availability
Finger limes are available for limited a time during the late summer through early spring.
Selection and Storage
When selecting finger limes, choose fruits that are firm, with smooth surfaces. They should feel heavy for their size and the rinds should be free from cuts or blemishes. Do not purchase if they give off a sour smell or have softened skin. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks in a paper bag or loosely wrapped in plastic.
Uses

When using finger limes, it is best to gently remove the pearls from the rind with a spoon or knife as they are very delicate. Enjoy!
