Purchasing and Storage
When purchasing Crimini mushrooms, look for specimens that are firm with a smooth cap and no signs of bruising or yellowing. Store fresh Crimini mushrooms in the refrigerator in a paper bag or storage container and use within three to five days. Do not wash the mushrooms until ready to use. Dried Crimini mushrooms should be stored in an airtight container and used within six months of purchase.
Usage
