Selection and Storage
Choose plump, firm, unblemished grapes with tight skin that is free of cracks or bruises. Avoid any that look withered or have a white powdery coating, as this could indicate rot. Ripe Muscadine grapes should be slightly soft but still crunchy when bitten into. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week where they will keep best without drying out.
